I know that Shen030 and keudae (both of them are awesome) have already posted the chords for this song, but I have a different interpretation of some of the parts. So try out all 3 versions and suit yourself :D

*-- Asterix because, it'll be easier to play it differently from the normal G, because, you can easily shift between F, F#, G, G# chord. Just play the F chord while shifting the your hand up by 1 or 2 fret each time!
